Coaching Experience

I have been a soccer coach since 2015, working with players of all ages and skill levels. For two years, I served as a head coach for adult teams, and I currently focus on coaching children between the ages of 5 and 10.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with professional coaches and physical trainers in Peru, which has helped me continue developing my coaching skills and philosophy. In 2021, I founded Montclair FC, where I continue to focus on player development, enjoyment of the game, and long-term growth.

Soccer Philosophy

Soccer is a beautiful sport and an incredible game for anyone to play. To me, it is more than just a game—it is my passion, and I love sharing that passion with my players.

My main goal as a coach is for my players to truly enjoy soccer, to want to play, and to be excited to learn. The most rewarding part of coaching is watching them have fun while developing confidence and mastering new skills along the way.

«Success is no accident.
It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

– Pelé
